Azerbaijan claims shelling of five villages in conflict zone
During the past day, the positions of the Azerbaijani army were shelled 83 times, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijani reported.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 4, Azerbaijan registered 73 cases of shelling from Armenia during a day. Earlier, the Ministry of Defence for Nagorno-Karabakh has claimed about 150 cases of shelling from the Azerbaijani side in the period from August 26 to September 1.
On September 4-5, the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the villages located in the regions bordering Armenia were shelled. In particular, the village of Kokhnegyshlag in the Agstafa District, the villages of Ferekhli, Gushchu Airym, Bala Jafarli in the Gazakh District, and the village of Mundjuglu in the Tovuz District, as well as the nameless heights in the Gadabay District were shelled, the website of the Azerbaijani MoD reports.
