Azerbaijan counts 91 bombardments in conflict zone
During the last 24 hours, six Azerbaijani villages were shelled in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 6, Azerbaijan counted 99 shelling episodes from the Armenian side for the past 24 hours. The MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh, which also regularly announces ceasefire violations by the opponent, stated about 150 cases of shelling during the week of August 26-September 1.
According to the Azerbaijani MoD, on September 6-7, the Armenian Armed Forces violated the ceasefire regime for 91 times in different sections of the frontline. The positions of the Azerbaijani Army stationed in the villages of Gushchu Airym, Djafarli, Bala Djafarli of the Gazakh District, Kokhanebi and Asrik Djyrdakhan of the Tovuz District, and Zamanly of the Gedabek District, were shelled, says the website of the Azerbaijani MoD.
