Nagorno-Karabakh blames Azerbaijan for 100 attacks during week

On October 7-13, Azerbaijani militaries fired more than a thousand shots at the positions of the Defence Army, the Nagorno-Karabakh's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a week ago Nagorno-Karabakh blamed Azerbaijan for 150 bombardments from September 30 to October 6. Meanwhile on October 13, Azerbaijan claimed 24 cases of shelling of its positions in the conflict zone.

On October 11, Azad Gasanov, a resident of the Tartar District of Azerbaijan, hit a mine while grazing livestock; and doctors amputated his leg.

"In the period from October 7 to the morning on October 13, the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime in the Karabakh conflict zone for about 100 times. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces fired more than 1000 shots from various small arms at Karabakh positions," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent quotes the press service of MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The MoD has noted that the Nagorno-Karabakh Defence Army did not violate the ceasefire regime.
