Azerbaijan claims 30 attacks on its positions

Over the past day, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan has registered 30 cases of violation of the ceasefire regime on the contact line of troops in the Karabakh conflict zone.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 9, Azerbaijan registered 29 attacks on its positions over a day.

"During the day, units of the Armenian armed forces 30 times violated the ceasefire regime in different directions of the front," reports today the Azerbaijani MoD on its website.

In particular, the Azerbaijani positions in the village of Mundjuglu were shelled. The fire came both from the Armenian side and from the areas treated by Azerbaijan as its occupied territories, the report states.

By 10:41 a.m. of today, on their official websites, the Ministries of Defence for Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh have not yet commented on the statement voiced by the Azerbaijani MoD.
