Azerbaijan claims 29 cases of shelling in conflict zone

Over the past day, the positions of the Azerbaijani army were shelled 29 times, reported the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that over the day of November 13, Azerbaijan registered 24 attacks on its positions. In its turn, the Ministry of Defence for Nagorno-Karabakh claimed more than 120 attacks on the positions of the Defence Army from the Azerbaijani side in the week from November 4 to 10.

The fire came from the positions "near the occupied villages" and from the side of Armenia, noted the Azerbaijani MoD.

The intensity of the attacks, registered by Azerbaijan every day, sharply decreased after on September 28, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had agreed to create a mechanism to prevent ceasefire violations.
