Charge exhibited to the second instigator of Kondopoga fight
The prosecutor's office of Karelia has exhibited charge to the second instigator of the fight in Kondopoga that provoked ethnic-motivated mass riots in this town early this September.
Oleg Dupak, Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Karelia, told journalists today that charge was exhibited to Yuri Pliev, Kondopoga resident, who had provoked, according to the investigation, together with the other defendant Sergey Mozgalyov, a conflict and beat the barman and administrator of the "Chaika."
We remind you that the cause of mass disorders in the town of Kondopoga, Republic of Karelia, was a mass fight of local residents with Caucasian natives, during which two persons were killed. As a result, practically all the members of national minorities, including the Chechen Diaspora, left Kondopoga.
