Chechen leader's representative detained in Crimea, a source reports
In the Ivanovo Region, law enforcers, engaged in conducting an investigation into a case on fraud, detained Isa Edilsultanov, the representative of the leader of Chechnya in Crimea, a source reported.
"The Investigating Department for the Ivanovo Region of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) instituted a criminal case on suspicion of organizing fraud on an especially large scale," the TASS reported with reference to a source.
