Criminal case opened on skirmish in the capital of Dagestan
According to the information obtained by the correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot" at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan, a criminal case has been initiated on the fact of a skirmish that took place on January 3 in Makhachkala, in Gamidov Avenue under Articles 317 (infringement on life of a law enforcement official) and 222 (storage and use of firearms) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
We remind you that yesterday about 5:30 p.m. employees of road patrol police of Dagestan stopped a VAZ-2106 passenger car for examination. In answer to the request to present documents, the people in the car brought down fire and tried to run away. In the skirmish that followed one of the attackers was killed, the other managed to escape. One militiaman and two passers-by were wounded. A PM ("Makarov") pistol, a belt with four pistol magazines and a self-made grenade were taken from the scene of accident. The emergency action plans "Perekhvat" (Interception) and "Volcano-5" were announced, but they have brought no results so far.
