Zyazikov: suspects of murdering Russian teacher detained in Ingushetia

Murat Zyazikov, President of Ingushetia, has reported that "under the data of law enforcement bodies, Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs and respective agencies, suspects have been detected, some people detained" in the case of the murder of Russian lady-teacher.

We remind you that the school lady-teacher of mathematics in Ordzhonikidzevskaya (Sleptsovskaya) village and two her children were killed at night of July 16. On July 18, as a result of an explosion during their funerals six more persons were injured: they received wounds of various gravity.

In the opinion of Mr Zyazikov, the assassins "wanted to deliver a blow on the only national program for defence of Russian-language population," the "Echo Moskvy" reports.

"This program is not just politics, it is sincere, it goes from the soul, and we render assistance," President Zyazikov has noted. "But there are forces, which do not want the Republic of Ingushetia, and the South Federal District as a whole to be multinational and multi-confessional."
