Kuban authorities report resettlement of 62 people from emergency housing
The Kuban (Krasnodar Territory) administration has announced that in the Tikhoretsky District, 62 persons were resettled from apartment buildings that are in the state of emergency.
The above persons have been relocated from four apartment buildings that were recognized as emergency and subject to demolition back before January 1, 2017, the press service of the territorial administration has reported.
The people were resettled thanks to the national project "Housing and Urban Environment". "The owners of 21 apartments were paid the compensation amount for their emergency housing; three more owners were provided with comfortable apartments," the administration's website has informed.
In 2021, a total of 420 people from 170 residential premises in the cities of Krasnodar, Armavir, and in the Leningradsky and Seversky Districts were resettled, the territorial authorities have specified.
