"Caucasian Knot" correspondent released after questioning by police

Law enforcers have questioned Alyona Sadovskaya, a "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, detained in Nazran, and released her. The detention was preceded by Alyona's travel to the house of relatives of Marina Yandieva, who had fled from domestic violence.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Alyona Sadovskaya came to Ingushetia to attend the action of the Batalkhadjinites. Law enforcers took away her phone and press card. They interrogated Alyona and then released her.

Lilian Rubtsova, a journalist, was detained along with Sadovskaya. They arrived at the home of the Yandieva's family. "The people inside the house called the police and reported that two suspicious women were walking around the house," Alyona Sadovskaya has explained.

Relatives of the 28-year-old Marina Yandieva, who had fled from domestic violence, are threatening to kill Magomed Alamov, a lawyer, accusing him of organizing Marina's escape. Human rights defenders have turned to law enforcement bodies and authorities of Ingushetia, but there was no response.
