Sochi resident arrested for 10 days for comments about law enforcers and militaries
The court has sentenced Zorikto Tsybikzhapov, a Sochi resident, to 10 days of arrest, treating his comments in the messenger as incitement of hostility towards law enforcers and military servicemen.
According to the law enforcers, the man had left comments in the messenger group with calls "for extremist activity" and signs of "verbal aggression."
"Any other, milder form of administrative sanction won't be able to achieve the goal of administrative punishment," the judge has justified the ruling to arrest the defendant.
