Zarema Musaeva involved in new criminal case as suspect

An investigation has been launched against convicted Zarema Musaeva under the article on disorganization of the activities of a penal colony. The woman faces up to five years of imprisonment. The above information has been reported by advocate Alexander Savin.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on October 29, Zarema Musaeva was questioned by an investigator in the penal colony in Argun. According to the woman’s version, the questioning concerned her attack on an employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN) who accompanied her on trips to hospital. Zarema Musaeva claimed that she did not commit the attack.

On June 27, the Shali District Court repeatedly dismissed the Zarema Musaeva’s request for conditional early relief (CER). The court justified its refusal by the fact that Zarema Musaeva had not compensated for the damages in the fraud case and had been placed on preventive registration list at the penal colony.
