Georgian residents accuse special forces of wrongful use of gas at dispersal of the meeting in Tbilisi

The victims of the dispersal of the November 7 meeting in Tbilisi and members of the opposition doubt the gas type that was used to disperse the meeting, as well as the fact there were policemen dressed in yellow raincoats with the inscription "Police" on the back. According to the official version, the meeting was dispersed by policemen who used the European-standard gas and rubber bullets.

"I have grounds to doubt that they used the tear gas only. I still feel bad, faintness and nausea. My ladies-employees got very strong eye complications, although they had had no health problems before," an anonymous ambulance doctor, who worked on November 7, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

As he said, the special fighters had essentially exceeded their powers while dispersing the meeting. "One example: people, who ran away from the meeting, got into the building of the Theatre Institute, and special fighters threw so many gas grenades into it, that we, doctors, could not get inside to render medical help. As if they all were terrorists," the doctor shared his observations.

Besides, the residents of the districts near the Riket Square, from which the second dispersal of peaceful protesters had started, have informed that the gas got from the streets into their apartments.
