Shakalov explained that, after checking,  all the detained teenagers were returned to their parents against a receipt, and explanatory talks were conducted with the parents, reports ITAR-TASS.

The Krasnodar administration press-service informed the portal YUGA.ru that, during the night from Friday to Saturday, August 2, more than 200 law enforcement officers lined on the October Revolution Square before their beat of the city.

"We avail of enough forces and facilities to fulfill the requirements of the new krai law. We should outreach each house, each street so that not a single child remains neglected ",  said Vladimir Evlanov, Krasnodar mayor, to the law enforcement officers.

14 reports were compiled on directors and managers of entertainment establishments where underage persons were drinking alcohol.
