Yamadaevs' relatives: attempts on Sulim and Ruslan were executed by people from Kadyrov's retinue

The attempt on Sulim Yamadaev, former commander of a special GRU battalion, and the murder of his senior brother, former State Duma deputy Ruslan Yamadaev, were backed by people from the retinue of President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, the members of the Yamadaev family assert.

"The attempt on Sulim accomplished in Dubai, same as Ruslan's murder, could not be accomplished without knowing and approval from Ramzan Kadyrov. Just look: the Dubai police pointed to Adam Delimkhanov as the organizer of the attempt on Sulim; and Ramzan calls Adam his brother, colleague and his 'right hand'. Ruslan's murder, as it was found out now, also has to do with Kadyrov's close people," a spokesman of the Yamadaev family said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

He said that he meant former deputy mayor of Grozny in charge of power agencies Gilani Shepiev (assassinated in Moscow last winter by unidentified persons) and former Ramzan Kadyrov's adviser Aslan Diliev.

The correspondent's source expressed his conviction "that neither Adam Delimkhanov, nor Shepiev or Diliev could not work independently, at their own risk."

"All of them executed the order. To shadow a person in Moscow or Dubai, one should, firstly, be permanently present there, and, secondly, have essential money," said the source. "Sulim and Ruslan had no conflicts with Delimkhanov, Shepiev or Diliev. None of them had personal motives to kill Ruslan or to attempt on Sulim. The Yamadaevs did nothing bad to them."

In his opinion, the contradictions between Kadyrov and Yamadaevs had arisen after Ramzan Kadyrov began to actively "take power in Chechnya in his hands." As he thinks, the core of these disagreements was in Chechen President.

"In principle, without Ramzan's permit, any serious business in the republic is impossible, same as to be engaged in something profitable at a rather high level," the Yamadaevs' relative asserts. "Isa (Yamadaev, - comment of the "Caucasian Knot") had some in Gudermes; and in general, this city was always supervised by out family, be it at Dudaev, Maskhadov or Kadyrov-senior. Ramzan didn't like it, same as the fact that Sulim's 'Vostok' battalion didn't obey to him. This was the start of the confrontation. Although, I think, Ramzan should never forget who was the first in our republic to openly support his father and join his fight against Wahhabites."

Let us note here that Adam Delimkhanov has categorically rejected his any involvement in this crime. Moreover, he asserts that Dubai policemen "had sheltered a criminal - Yamadaev who was in international search." Delimkhanov said that Russian law enforcement bodies should have questions to Dubai policemen, as Sulim Yamadaev was in international search and his guilt was proved.
