Court cancels the verdict to the student from Adygea who put an execution video clip on Internet

The verdict of the Maikop City Court in relation to student Victor Milkov, who placed on the Internet a video clip showing a murder scene of natives from Caucasus and Central Asia, was cancelled by the Criminal Panel of the Supreme Court of Adygea for "lenient penalty." This was reported today at the "Sova" Human Rights Centre.

According to human rights activists, it is now expected that a new consideration of the case by the Maikop City Court will take place tomorrow, on January 31, the Regnum reports.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 21 the Maikop City Court sentenced the Adygea student to one year of corrective works under the charge of placing on Internet a video showing a murder of two persons - presumably, of natives of Dagestan and Tajikistan.
