In North Ossetia, court rules to examine "Voice of Beslan" materials for extremism

Today, the Pravoberezhny Court of North Ossetia held a hearing on charges against the North-Ossetian NGO "Voice of Beslan" of extremism. The Court has ruled to examine the information materials of the "Voice of Beslan".

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Beslan Court that Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia Aushev has failed to appear at the process, and the prosecution was supported by Natalia Evdokimova, Public Prosecutor for the South Federal District (SFD) from Rostov. The Court could not answer the question why the prosecution was represented by the Rostov Prosecutor's Office.

It has become known that Natalia Evdokimova lodged a petition to hold a complex psychological-linguistic examination for the presence or absence of extremist orientation in the information materials of the "Voice of Beslan". It is not clear who and when will make the examination, and it is not known when the next session will be held.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" informed that the hearing on this case was postponed twice, in both cases because of non-appearance of the accuser - Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia M. Aushev.
