Mariam Dzhanieva: Batyr Dzhaniev, announced as terrorist, left Nazran on the eve of terror act
As a result of the wounds obtained at explosion of the car in Nazran on December 16, the third relative - Amirkhan Dzhaniev - has died. Maksharip Aushev's widow Fatima Dzhanieva, who was wounded by the explosion, is able to evidence. Their relative Batyr Dzhaniev, whom the investigation calls the terrorist-suicide bomber, who, allegedly, took revenged for his perished relatives, on the eve of the incident left for Archangelsk, where he studies.
"The condition of Fatima Dzhanieva is satisfactory, and the heavily wounded Amir has died today," Mariam Dzhanieva, Maksharip Aushev's mother and mother-in-law of Fatima Dzhanieva, said on December 20 to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
"Those, who committed the explosion, did not obviously expect that anyone would survive," said the woman. We note here that according to some sources, the reason of the explosion was the shelling of the car by militiamen.
According to her story, Fatima's mother Leila Dzhanieva recently made hadj to Mecca. "They took gifts - carpets and fabrics - and together with children wanted to visit their relatives. Before the explosion, their car was stopped and examined, then, they were told "Happy travel!" and some fifty meters away the car blew up," Mariam Dzhanieva said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
Meanwhile, the website of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic Ingushetia emphasizes that the Dzhanievs' car was not stopped or shelled.
She was surprised that Leila Dzhanieva's third son - Batyr - according to statements of law enforcement bodies was the terrorist-suicide bomber. The relatives believe that at the moment of the terror act, which entailed numerous victims among employees of power bodies and civilians, Batyr Dzhaniev was not present in Nazran.
"Batyr, the third brother, studied in Archangelsk in the university, at the building department. On December 14, we saw Batyr off to the bus in direction to Mineralnye Vody, where he was to take his train to Archangelsk. Therefore, it was a complete surprise that he "proved to be that very shahid," said Mariam Dzhanieva.
"How could Batyr learn so quickly about the tragedy with his mother? We tried to call him at once, but his mobile phone did not answer. We didn't pay attention to that, as when he arrived in Archangelsk, he usually changed his phone number - he bought a new sim-card of a local operator. We couldn't get him by phone later. His body wasn't given out to us. Why law enforcers so quickly identified him by fingerprints? I cannot exclude that Batyr could be taken off his bus to Mineralnye Vody by the same people, who had organized the explosion of Dzhanievs' car, and then just used his name. These guys didn't look suspicious. Numerous witnesses will tell you that," said Mariam Dzhanieva.
