Ingush President scarifies his power agents and local bureaucracy

In his comments on the recent terror acts committed in his republic, President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov has treated the work of power agents and local administrations as very poor.

"We estimate our work as poor, including the power block and local administrations. For two weeks, damage is caused to the republic; however, no response actions are seen," the President emphasized at a press conference on February 2 in Magas.

He also estimated the numerical strength of the militants who shell and attack local militiamen.

"According to operative data, three groups of 3-5 persons are mainly engaged in shelling, but there are cases when criminal elements commit their crimes under the guise of IAFs," said Mr Evkurov.

As reported by the "Interfax", the Ingush leader said that the arguments, persuasions and appeals to members of IAFs (illegal armed formations) to lay down arms and get back to peaceful life give no results.
