In Krasnodar, rapper Husky left in custody until court decision

Rapper Husky, detained during his concert in Krasnodar, has been charged with disobeying the police, refusing medical examination, and organizing a mass stay of people in public places. This has been reported today by his advocate.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to agents of rapper Husky, on November 20, in Rostov-on-Don, law enforcers restricted for visitors the entry to the rapper's concert, and on November 22, it became known about the detention of the rapper in Krasnodar after he had decided to sing a song while standing on a roof of a car. According to the singer's manager, the rapper decided to perform in the street because of the absence of electricity in the club where the concert had been scheduled.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against rapper Husky, his advocate Alexei Avanesyan has reported today.

"The maximum punishment under each article can be up to 15 days of arrest. The rapper spent the whole night at the police station and was left in a cell until the court decision," Alexei Avanesyan told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to the rapper himself, the law enforcers "encroach on the right to broadcast in different cities of Russia."

"The scheme is as follows: law enforcers come to a club in Samara and say: 'If you promote a concert of rapper Husky, we will turn off the electricity at your place.' A similar story occurs in other cities. In some places, they even threaten to close clubs," wrote the singer.

Meanwhile, the rapper spoke harshly about the law enforcers and demanded "to stop putting pressure on him."

In turn, the "Kommersant" reports with reference to a source from the Prosecutor's Office for the Krasnodar Territory that managers of the Krasnodar clubs had been warned that the rapper's performance had been undesirable.
