"Voice of Beslan" demands repeated examination of victims' bodies

On February 20, the All-Russian NGO "Voice of Beslan" has filed a complaint against the actions of the investigatory group of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation under Article 125 of the RF Code of Criminal Procedure (CCP) and demanded to recognize the actions of the investigatory group, which was in charge of forensic medical examination of victims' bodies, to be illegal.

The victims' relatives insist on repeated forensic medical examinations of victims' bodies by tissue samples with account of previous drawbacks. They also ask to recognize the complex criminalistic examination - mathematic simulation of the explosions, and the explosion-technical and ballistic examinations, to be illegal because of violations of Article 70 of the RF CCP.

Ella Kesaeva, leader of the NGO, told in her interview to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on February 21 she received a protocol on an administrative offence under Article 17 ("Disobedience to instructions of police officers and judges at making the order") on behalf of court marshal Kodzaev. Today, a similar protocol was also received by Emilia Bzarova who is also accused of making disorder at the court.
