Break till May 14 announced in Arakcheev-Khudyakov's trial

Today's court session of the North-Caucasian Regional Military Court in Rostov-on-Don on the case of Khudyakov and Arakcheev, officers of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, accused of murdering three peaceful residents of Chechnya, has interrogated one witness. The defence was presenting its evidences yesterday and today. The "Caucasian Knot" was informed about it by Liudmila Tikhomirova, representative of the victims.

"This witness was interrogated earlier, during the preliminary investigation, therefore, we have learnt nothing new. A break in the hearings has been announced till May 14," Ms. Tikhomirova has reported.

Evgeniy Khudyakov and Sergey Arakcheev are accused of a person's kidnapping and illegal detainment, and of murdering three residents of Chechnya.
