Arakcheev-Khudyakov's case postponed till May 30

The pre-planned interrogation of the expert from the part of the defence did not take place at today's court session in Rostov-on-Don on Arakcheev-Khudyakov's case.

"Interrogation of the defence expert was planned but he failed to appear," Liudmila Tikhomirova who is representing the victims told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Also today, starting from 11 a.m., at the North-Caucasian District Military Court, the defence was considering the lodged petitions on the order of presenting evidences. The following session was appointed on May 30.

We remind you that Evgeniy Khudyakov and Sergey Arakcheev are accused of kidnapping and illegal detention of a person, and of murdering three residents of Checnya.
