Kabardino-Balkaria: trial on attack on Nalchik to continue on June 11

Today, the Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria has continued, at its next session on the case considering the attack on Nalchik, selection of jurymen. Then, the court announced a break till June 11.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has learnt from well-informed circles that today the prosecution has finished questioning the jury candidates.
"Some time is now provided for preparing motivated challenges of any of the candidates," one of the sources said.

The number of the remaining candidates is 34. It is necessary to choose 12 jurymen and a couple of substitutes out of them.

The source has also informed that the defendants had again complained of the convoy's use of physical violence against them, and of non-rendering them the necessary medical aid.
