Three Azerbaijanis wounded in a fight with Dagestanians in St-Petersburg

Three citizens of Azerbaijan were hospitalized with traumas and knife wounds after a fight with the natives of Dagestan in the Nevskiy District of St-Petersburg.

The fight burst out at night on June 2 in the 2nd Rabfakovskiy Pereulok, where, under the preliminary information, in one of the houses natives of Azerbaijan and Dagestan had a squabble.

According to the Agency of Journalistic Investigations, three Azerbaijanis were brought to the Janelidze First Aid Institute with stab and cut wounds of the stomach and head and body traumas. The circumstances and motives of the fight are now clarified.

According to the "Sova" Analytical Centre, during the first four months of 2008, 160 attacks were committed in Russia on the motives of national hatred: 120 persons were wounded and 40 persons were lost.
