Posts in social network result in criminal case against KBR resident
After being fined for posting extremist symbols in a social network, a resident of the Baksan District, has placed another post with similar content. A criminal case has been opened against him, the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service) has reported.
According to investigators, this July, the above 39-year-old resident of the Baksan District posted some materials in a social network containing propaganda of an extremist organization. Earlier, he had been fined for a similar violation.
A criminal case has been opened against him; he faces up to two years of freedom deprivation, the RIA "Kabardino-Balkaria" reports with reference to the republic's FSB branch.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that the Terek Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) found a local woman guilty of spreading calls for extremism in social networks and sentenced her to 1.5 years of conditional freedom deprivation.
