In Chechnya, court closes case on discrediting Russian Army
The Shalinsky District Court has closed a case against local resident Magomed-Salakh Dedeev, accused of discrediting Russian Armed Forces.
The case has been closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, the “Kavkaz.Realii”* reports.
The “Caucasian Knot” has also reported that earlier, the police have drawn up an administrative protocol under the article on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces against Khizir Idigov, a resident of Grozny.
*Included by the Russian Ministry of Justice (MoJ) into the register of foreign agents.
