Residents of Ingushetia arrested on the case of the "Neva-Express" train could be near the place of the terror act

On the day of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train, the residents of Ingushetia arrested on suspicion of having attitude to the terror act, probably, were near to the place of the accident. A spokesman of the Malaya Vishera District Court of the Novgorod Region has told about it today.

"The law enforcement bodies had their reasons to think that on the day of the train explosion the arrested persons were in the Malaya Vishera District," the source said.

Allegedly, this very circumstance became one of major factors at making decision to arrest the suspects on October 24.

The ITAR TASS Agency reports that the arrest of two residents of Ingushetia - Amirkhan and Maksharip Khidriev - was sanctioned by the Malaya Vishera District Court of the Novgorod Region.

According to the representative of the Prosecutor's Office, within the next few days already the official charges will be presented to Khidriev brothers. They are suspected of terrorism.

During the court session Amirkhan and Maksharip Khidriev rejected their involvement in committing the terror act. Amirkhan has noted that he does not object to his custody. Alevtina Yakovleva, Amirkhan's advocate, could not explain this statement of her client.
