12 opposition members brought to hospital in Georgian capital after hunger strike
In Tbilisi, the number of Georgian opposition members put to hospital in the course of the hunger strike has reached 12 people. About 70 people continue the strike.
This has been reported by the IA "News-Georgia" with a reference to the United Opposition headquarters.
At the moment, about 70 people continue the hunger strike. Tents have been arranged in front of the building, opposition members stay by the foot of the stair-case on the pavement and do not hamper the traffic.
Giorghiu Tevdorashvili, one of the hunger strikers, was brought to hospital in a serious condition on March 16.
