The state of health of Burulov, Elista mayor, deteriorates

Radiy Burulov, mayor of Kalmykia's capital Elista, has been transferred from the temporary detention center to the pre-trial prison. His state of heath deteriorates. Burulov complains of heart ache and needs medical aid.

Angelika Gurskaya, Elista mayor's adviser, in her interview to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent told that yesterday, July 31, about 19 p.m., Radiy Nikolaevich Burulov was transferred from the temporary detention center to the pre-trial prison "without any explanation of the reasons or a prior notification of the lawyer. At present, he is held alone in the pre-trial prison cell for four prisoners ".
According to Sanal Boldyrev, mayor's lawyer, "the state of health of his defendant leaves much to be desired ".

For reference, on July 31, the Kalmykia law enforcement agencies denied hospital treatment to Radiy Burulov, mayor of Elista held at the temporary detention center.

Angelika Gurskaya thinks that the conflict of Radiy Burulov, Elista mayor, and Kirsan Iliumzhinov, leader of Kalmykia, who suggested in January that the city boss should "voluntarily" resign and received a flat denial, has entered a new stage.
